John DeMarco is a 25 year + resident of South Florida and started practicing real estate in 2005. His background includes Business administration, Senior Health care administration, and Business Law. John DeMarco has been successfully practicing Real Estate in downtown Hollywood for the last 17 year within the Re/Max Organization. He has helped hundreds of businesses open their doors and invest in Hollywood. He has personally closed over 500mil in transactions within the City of Hollywood throughout his career. He also is a seasoned Real Estate Investor and Developer who currently owns 5 large Commercial properties in Downtown Hollywood. Under his direct leadership, his team is one of the largest property managers in Downtown Hollywood and currently manages over 45 properties, which is over 285,000+ square feet of Commercial property in Hollywood. John DeMarco believes it is very important to give back to the local community which has given so much him. He donates both financially and physically to several charitable organizations including the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami, Saint Gregory Church, the Jewish Community Services of South Florida (JCSFL), the Children’s Miracle Network, and the Great Strides Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to name a few. A portion of every commission earned from every one of his closings is donated to charity. John DeMarco is the current President and founder of The Downtown Hollywood Property Owners Association or “DHPOA”. DHPOA is a civic association that’s goal is for the enrichment and betterment of Downtown Hollywood.

Natalia Tkacz is a 23-year resident of South Florida and has lived and worked in Hollywood for the past five years. She received a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia, where she studied Art History & Economics. Natalia has worked as a real estate agent at RE/MAX 5 Star Realty on The DeMarco Real Estate Group since 2018. She has successfully closed commercial and residential transactions; and has worked as a property manager for a portfolio of high-performing vacation rental homes. Natalia has made it her career to blend unsurpassed customer service and results for her national and international clientele.
Natalia appreciates the city of Hollywood and recognizes how it has developed since her arrival. She wants downtown Hollywood to continue progressing into a vibrant, vital, harmonized part of the city. She acknowledges the potential of downtown Hollywood to grow rich with businesses, cultural aesthetic appeal, and diverse attractions.
